While the people on this side of the Earth only has to focus on Christmas, down under natural disasters are causing fear and anxiety.
Less than two weeks ago on the northern South island the rain caused flooding and 100 people had to leave their homes. Golden Bay is one of the most popular beach on the island. Click here to see what a wonderful place it is. And then here … the pictures/video speaks for itself.
There was another earthquake in Christchurch on December 23. When I said “there was” should have said “there were”. The first quake – magnitude 5.8 at 1.58pm (00.58 GMT). It was followed by a magnitude 5.3 quake at 2.06pm, a magnitude 6 quake – the largest – at 3.18pm and a 5.0 at 4.50pm. When is this going to end?

December 23-án pedig újabb földrengés Christchurch-ben. Ráadásul nem is egy. Magyar idő szerint hajnali 1.58-kor az első (5.8 erősségű), aztán egy második (5.3), harmadik (6) és negyedik is (5)… Mikor lesz már ennek vége?
